Do you really need a website?
Short answer - yes! But not because it’s the latest thing, or even because everyone else has one.
It is ‘the way things are done’ now (especially in a world where lockdowns and social distancing restrict our activities in real life) - but there is more to it.
To break it down - the website is the key stone of your marketing. All marketing messages lead to it and if it is not there - or not working well - your marketing strategy will be inefficient at best, and non-existent at worst. You certainly won’t be attracting all the business you want (or need!)
The benefit of pointing your marketing at the site is the sheer availability of it - world wide, but more importantly it is always open and running so your customers can interact with it. Even non-digital marketing will tend to have a web address printed on it.
