The Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association is about much more than the annual Royal Norfolk Show. Throughout the year, we run a vibrant programme of activities and events, with the overarching aim of supporting farming and food production in Norfolk.

Through a combination of bursaries, grants, scholarships, mentoring and other support, we will help young people achieve their potential. This might include:

– Support to attend the Oxford Farming Conference

– Support to undertake Nuffield Scholar

– Awards recognising outstanding achievement

– Grants to support training and qualifications

– Scholarships to agricultural colleges

– Work experience and Ambassador opportunities at RNAA events

– Developing the work of the YIELD Network for young professionals

The aim of educating the next generation is achieved across diverse workstreams, from facilitating cross-sector engagement, through resourcing personal and professional development to delivering education and learning opportunities to many thousands of children and families each year.
